 Not necessarily. It depends on the package you picked. Some services that we provide  require us starting engine every once in a while for Air circulation. What we need is for you to leave us ample space to work & unlock the car when we get there. When we’re finished we’ll lock it back up for you and leave you with our unmatched Zeroone Clean Guarantee.

 We might continue services in covered areas such as garages, parking decks, car ports, etc. If no covered areas are available, we will assess the current climate, and if necessary, we will work with you to find a more convenient time to schedule your service.

 If there is ever damage to your vehicle that is caused by our technician during your appointment, we will work with you to ensure that it is taken care of. We cannot take responsibility for any maintenance issues present in your vehicle prior to an appointment, such as jammed windows, cracked windshields, loose trim, etc..

 We accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover, PayPal, Zelle, cash or check.

 We do love really dirty cars but realize they take extra work and extra time. If your car is extra dirty please let us know at time of booking. We do charge an extra $50 fee for extra dirty vehicles.

 We do not warranty engine clean upgrades. This service uses high-pressure water, steam, and degreasing chemicals that can uncover pre-existing electrical issues. If you suspect engine trouble, please do not book this service. We occasionally offer headliner cleaning on a case-by-case basis and do not warranty that service due to the potential for damage.

 For us to provide you with the best possible service for your vehicle we ask that you leave us ample room to work. If you have another car parked next to the vehicle with the planned service we will ask that you move it prior to your service. Our technicians are very careful but we want to avoid any possibility of overspray and we certainly don’t want to bump into something on accident.

. Yes we absolutely do. Hair and sand can be very difficult to remove even with specialized tools. We will do everything we can to remove it. We cannot guarantee however that all of it will be removed. Please do not book with our services if you are expecting 100% removal. An extra fee of $50 will apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, mud or sand
